Passion Village

Valley Church sits on the west coast of Antigua, one of the island's quieter coastal settings, with public beach access a short walk from the community. Passion Village is an operational, gated development there, combining a Caribbean setting with Italian-designed interiors and a full suite of on-site services.

The community is aimed at both lifestyle buyers and rental investors. Interiors use natural materials — stone, bamboo and wood — with a shared saltwater pool, and a bar-restaurant with room service, housekeeping, laundry, reception and guest assistance, parking and WiFi available on site.

Two phases are offered for full freehold ownership. Orchid Suites comprises twelve residences with construction from August 2025; ground-floor units include private plunge pools, and upper-level units offer sea views and outdoor showers. Flamboyant Suites, from December 2025, is a three-storey building with garden-level suites with plunge pools, mid-level residences, and upper-floor options configurable as two-bedroom or larger.

All residences are offered with full title deed and no usage restrictions. A monthly HOA fee applies. Bridgegold advises on the purchase and its implications on an individual basis.
